Job description
Responsibilities will include:
- Requirements gathering and technical analysis
- Working closely with the business and architects providing functional requirements
- Review design and testing deliverables to ensure completeness of requirements
- Write acceptance criteria in collaboration with the testing team
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
To be successful for this position you will need to display:
- 5+ years Business Analysis experience
- Deep and Comprehensive Knowledge of New Payments Platform (NPP) including -
- Payment orchestration flows (pacs.008/pacs.002/pacs.004)
- Alias management/addressing service
- Investigation types and mistaken payments
- Determining the difference between BO service IDs (sct vs overlay services)
- Excellent verbal communication and proven quality stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interact with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
