This Financial Services Organisation are looking for highly capable Senior Business Analyst's with strong interpersonal skills to join their Business Analysis team to work on a large program of work, scheduled to go on for 3 years.  In this role you will play a pivotal part in analysing business requirements and documentation of specific requirements. You will display excellent communication skills, have a strong aptitude and a thirst to lead from the from as an established Senior Business Analyst.
 Responsibilities will include: 

  • Business Focused - strong senior stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Requirements gathering and analysis - Insurance experience would be highly advantageous  
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure external needs are met
  • Process analysis and documentation
  • Mapping processes and workflows
  • Lead requirement workshops and document high and low level requirements and acceptance criterias 

To be successful for this position you will need to display: 

  • 7+ years Business Analysis experience within Financial Services (Mix of Banking and Insurance is preferred
  • Worked on system replacement projects
  • Strong Stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience in large, complex organisations 
  • Ability to roll up your sleeves, take the lead and display autonomy on a day to day basis
