Job description
We’re recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst for a leading organisation in the energy sector based in the CBD. As part of their digital transformation programme, the Business Analyst will work as part of a team responsible for the systems implementation of HR software to align technology with business strategy.
The Role
-
Assist the project coordinator with the coordination of strategic activities.

Document and report on progress of assigned tasks and identify risks and issues as they arise.

Provide domain knowledge to the vendor, assisting in the identification and definition of required tests.

Work with stakeholders to understand and analyse solutions to business problems.

Identify industry best-practice and develop business requirements for functional and non-functional specifications.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing.

Full time, 6-month contract.
About You
-
Technical software implementation experience will be hugely beneficial to this project.

Experience working on HR programs is also beneficial.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the planning, identification, documentation, review and analysis of business processes and business requirements on a qualitative and quantitative level.

Results-orientated individual to implement operational improvements, particularly involving User Acceptance testing.

Strong communicator to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
