Job description

We’re recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst for a leading organisation in the energy sector based in the CBD.  As part of their digital transformation programme, the Business Analyst will work as part of a team responsible for the systems implementation of HR software to align technology with business strategy.  
The Role 

  • Assist the project coordinator with the coordination of strategic activities. 

  • Document and report on progress of assigned tasks and identify risks and issues as they arise.    

  • Provide domain knowledge to the vendor, assisting in the identification and definition of required tests. 

  • Work with stakeholders to understand and analyse solutions to business problems.   

  • Identify industry best-practice and develop business requirements for functional and non-functional specifications.   

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing. 

  • Full time, 6-month contract.    

About You 

  • Technical software implementation experience will be hugely beneficial to this project.   

  • Experience working on HR programs is also beneficial.  

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the planning, identification, documentation, review and analysis of business processes and business requirements on a qualitative and quantitative level.   

  • Results-orientated individual to implement operational improvements, particularly involving User Acceptance testing.  

  • Strong communicator to liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
