Job description
My client is recruiting for an experienced Legal Credit officer to join their well established team based here in Sydney CBD.
You will be joining a reputable Multinational Law Firm on a permanent full time basis.
Experience in the Credit space is essential as well as having Legal Credit experience - minimum 3 years.
You will be working as part of a tight knit team, working on your own ledger with full autonomy - in a fast pace working environment.
Excellent communications are critical for this position given you will be dealing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
Key duties include:
- working on high value ledger - daily collections (via phone & email)
- ensuring cash flow targets are met (KPI driven)
- cash allocations
- reconciliation of accounts
- month end reporting
- holding monthly meetings - commentary and analysis on debtors
- mentoring / coaching
Intermediate Excel experience is essential as well as being system savvy (legal accounting system preferred).
This role is being offered on a permanent full time basis - only applicants that hold permanent residency or AU/NZ Citizenship will be considered.
Salary $80,000 inclusive of super.
