Senior Administrator

Our client, a national organisation are looking for their next highly motivated and personable Administration Assistant to join their tight knit team at their Chatswood location. They are a national organisation that is NDIS registered with over 45 clinics across Australia. 


About the company 

Our client, a National Organisation located in Chatswood specialise in supporting youth clients to develop language, motor, cognitive, social and emotional skills, and provide therapy supports for children with developmental delay or disability, including autism spectrum disorder.

This is a busy front of house position being the first point of contact in person, over the phone and on email.  In this role, the successful candidate plays a significant role in the clinic success. You will be the initial contact for families seeking assistance.

You will be joining a tight knit, friendly, supportive and inclusive organisation. The Chatswood location has a small clinic feel alongside national support.


Role responsibilities:
  • Telephone and clinic reception 
  • Appointment scheduling for therapists/clinicians
  • Service agreements
  • Handling accounts receivable, NDIS claims and invoices
  • Managing caseloads for therapists productivity
  • Data entry onto systems 
  • Supporting therapists in their daily practice (Occupational, Speech, Psychologists)
  • General office management tasks

Requirements/Skills 
  • Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with clinicians, parents and children  
  • Exceptional customer service skills  
  • Come from a receptionist background 
  • Interest in healthcare would be highly regarded
  • Maintain a high attention to detail  
  • The ability to prioritise and multitask  
  • The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing and competing demands  
  • Well presented with a bubbly and friendly personality
  • Current WWCC
  • Current National police check
  • Current NDIS check
  • Double vaccinated
  • Willingness to complete first aid training + CPR training if successful
