About the role 

This globally recognised Healthcare company has recently been going through a large Transformation of work.  With several large programs in place including the implementation of ADP, the need for an experienced ADP Payroll System Analyst arisen to join their Enterprise System Team.  Working in a highly collaborative and supportive environment the System analyst will play an instrumental part across functional and configuration requirements as well as maintaining strong stakeholder engagement with both Business and Technical teams.  You will enjoy working in a fast paced role which will see further progression and development opportunities.

Responsibilities will include:

  • The System Analyst forms a vital part of the Enterprise Systems Team; which provides various systems support initiatives across the group including administration, enhancement, documentation and integration of systems along with the continued support of end users through troubleshooting, training and guidance 
  • Assist in ADP GlobalView Payroll and to trouble shoot functionality within ADP 
  • To configure and test functionality in these ADP GlobalView 
  • To integrate Workday HRIS to ADP GlobalView Payroll 
  • Assist in SAP HR GUI, Spinex Reporting updates and creations   
  • Cocumenting business processes and procedures 
  • To understand Business needs and document requirements accurate and build out requirements in to design documents and define testing scenarios and execute on them 
  • Co-ordination of User Acceptance Testing (end user acceptance) and delivery of End User training as required 
  • Act as the routine contact point, receiving and handling requests for ADP support 


To be successful for this position you will need to display:

  • 5+ years’ experience with ADP GlobalView Payroll 
  • Strong functional and configuration knowledge of ADP GlobalView Payroll 
  • Strong systems analysis background 
  • Experience managing integrations into and out of ADP GlobalView including but not limited to Workday HRIS system 
  • Advanced knowledge of systems management 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Ability to write, collate and present reports 
  • Substantial experience in managing complex and fast-moving projects  
  • Outstanding ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and assist in the development of appropriate solutions 
  • Ability to apply analytical skill and conceptual thinking to operations and system planning across a range of project and program technologies. 
  • A high degree of initiative and a flexible approach – comfortable with competing demands, ambiguity and changing priorities 
  • Experience in healthcare or an understanding of the healthcare environment and relevant processes and systems is preferred  
  • Ability to lead a team to maximise efficiency and performance 
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel 
  • completed at least 2 full project cycles (Analysis to Go Live Support)
