About the role

Providing administrative support to the Head of Client Services and team to enable effective, efficient and productive use of time and maximise effectiveness

You will be required to:

  • Providing a wide variety of administrative, support and coordination functions working with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist the Head of in all aspects of their role i.e. diary management, e-mails, correspondence and presentations
  • Develop, prepare and produce correspondence, documents, reports, spreadsheets and presentations in a timely, efficient and professional manner for all supported managers
  • Arrange internal and client meetings, agendas and take and distribute meeting documentation as required. This includes meeting room set up and catering.

About you

  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant successfully supporting senior management
  • Strong document preparation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Budget tracking
  • Strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external clients
