About Client:

My client based in North Sydney is looking for a Team Assistant/Team Administrator to support their team on a temporary basis.

Duties to include:

  • Document and database administration
  • Coordination of team members
  • Reporting and expenses
  • Answering of phones
  • Supporting the team with general admin ad hoc duties

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • Diary management experience/Team member coordination experience
  • Previous administration experience
  • Clear/accurate written & verbal communication skills
  • Organization skills
  • Advanced Microsoft skills
