About The Role:

Reporting to the head of a department , the scope of the role ranges from administration support for various projects for an entire portfolio.

Duties to include:

  • General Team coordination & some aspects of project management
  • Diary Management
  • Data Entry
  • Preparing for meetings
  • Other ADHOC duties

The successful candidate should poses the following:

  • Prior Project management within Financial Services is advantageous
  • Previous administration experience
  • Clear/accurate written & verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft skills
  • Experience dealing with Executive and Senior Managers
