Job description
About The Role:
Reporting to the head of a department , the scope of the role ranges from administration support for various projects for an entire portfolio.
Duties to include:
- General Team coordination & some aspects of project management
- Diary Management
- Data Entry
- Preparing for meetings
- Other ADHOC duties
The successful candidate should poses the following:
- Prior Project management within Financial Services is advantageous
- Previous administration experience
- Clear/accurate written & verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft skills
- Experience dealing with Executive and Senior Managers
