Job description
I am seeking an experienced Team Assistant to support a large Marketing Team within a Global Tech Organisation. This role will largely be working remotely and will be supporting the Sydney Team and the APAC team when required. The Corporate Head office is based in Sydney CBD. This is a 12 month temporary assignment whilst the current incumbent is on maternity leave.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in working within a fast pace environment, ability to manage a busy and varied workload with competing deadlines. This role will require someone to take the lead within the Team Support, to be a self-starter and to hit the ground running with the admin function.
Duties within the role will include:
Meeting coordination - internal and external
Calendar management
Processing expenses
Event/catering coordination
Travel coordination
writing up minutes/agendas
Generating Reports
Creating Google Slides/Presentations
Drafting internal communications
Onboarding of staff in the Marketing Team
Required skillset:
Previous experience as an EA/Team Assistant
Ability to work autonomously
Exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills
Adaptable approach to work
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Ability to manage competing deadlines in a calm and professional manner
Ability to lead with tasks and communications within the team
Strong Excel, PowerPoint skills
A real team player
Experienced in using Google Suite
Stakeholder management
Previous experience in working in a Tech and/or Marketing team would be advantageous
