About the company
This opportunity is for a leading Australian construction company located in the CBD. This is a temporary opportunity for 3 months initially with ongoing potential. 
  
Responsibilities 
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the following: 

  • High level administrative support to the team
  • Management of diaries, email and appointments
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments 
  • Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members
  • Preparing reports through excel
  • Managing inbound calls and address queries over the phone
  • Greet clients and customers at reception
  • Support enquiries over phone and email, transfer through to the relevant departments 


Requirements/Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be professional, approachable, patient and polite
  • Experience working in a busy administration role 
  • Construction industry administration experience highly advantageous 
  • Must be immediately available
  • Competency with IT systems
