Job description
- Remote working / CBD office location
We are seeking a number of Data Focussed Business Analysts or a global organisation based in Sydney CBD. You will play a pivotal part in analysing business requirements and documentation of specific requirements, defining As-Is and To-Be processes. You will display excellent communication skills, have a strong aptitude and a thirst to develop and progress your career within Data.
Key activities:
- Requirements gathering and performing gap analysis
- Process analysis and documentation
- Mapping processes and workflows
- Leading requirement workshops and documenting high and low level requirements and acceptance criteria
- Providing recommendations based on business requirements
- Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure external needs are met
- Working across new data solutions within Risk Management
Key success factors:
- 2+ years Business / Data Analysis experience
- Passione about a career in Data
- Financial Services experience highly regarded
- Strong Stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated
- Risk experience would be beneficial - Credit, Market, Financial Crime, Compliance, CPG 235 & BCBS 239 experience
- Ability to translate user needs into technical requirements
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with different sources of data and statistics in an evolving technical environment
