Job description

- Initial contract until 30/06/2023
- Pays up to $1,000 a day + super
NSW Government Agency is looking for a Project Director with experience managing relocation projects to join their team.
About the role:
- Create and manage the delivery of detailed project plans including, coordinating the delivery of the following workstreams:
- Tenant relocations, Heritage and titling, Servicing and utility upgrades, Sales, Communications and Engagement, Development projects
- Internal reporting against project plan milestones and forecasts
- Manage risks to projects and initiatives, and develop, communicate and implement risk mitigation plans and strategies
- Prepare and contribute to a range of strategic and operational documentation, including briefing papers, discussion papers, reports, submissions and other correspondence
- Forecast the program cashflow and manage & report on program budgets and milestones
- Appoint and manage key technical consultants
- Manage key internal and external stakeholders (both within the NSW State Government and external)
Essentials:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or an equivalent in professional experience
- Experience working within the NSW Government, working on Tenant relocation projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
