Job description

My client is Australia's leading provider in their field, an established organisation and still growing.
They are looking for an experienced Credit / Collections Officer to join their team on a permanent full time basis.

Location: Upper North Shore | close to public transport and parking nearby
REM: up to $75,000 plus super + benefits
Working arrangements: hybrid working post probation



Key requirements of the role (not limited to);

  • reviewing of ledger and maintaining customer accounts
  • chasing bad debt and reducing DSO
  • ensuring payment terms are adhered to
  • preparation of statements and reconciliations
  • establishing strong relationships - internally & externally
 

Experience required;

  • 12 months plus working in a Credit / Collections position
  • able to build relationships
  • excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • experience in working with key accounts
  • fully working rights (PR or AU/NZ citizen)
  • strong Excel skills (testing will be done)
