With a renewed strategic focus and increasing commercial complexity, they are expanding their finance team and are looking for a Senior Analyst to join their corporate office in Sydney's CBD.
This role offers hands-on exposure to financial modelling, cash flow analysis and commercial decision support, working closely with senior finance leaders (including CFO) in a collaborative, down-to-earth environment.
The Role

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining integrated financial models across P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting outputs using core financial models
- Assisting with cash flow forecasting and analysis for monthly reporting and board packs
- Partnering with operational and commercial teams to gather, validate and analyse financial data
- Performing scenario and sensitivity analysis to support business cases and strategic initiatives
- Providing ad-hoc financial analysis for projects and commercial opportunities
About You

You’ll likely bring:
- Strong financial modelling skills, including three-statement models
- 2–4 years’ experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance or professional services
- Solid Excel capability and a structured, analytical mindset
- A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with non-finance stakeholders
Why Join?
- CBD location with flexible working arrangements
- Exposure to a business going through genuine positive change and growth
- Hands-on modelling and commercial exposure early in your career
- Supportive leadership with a focus on development and progression
- A collaborative, low-ego culture where finance has a seat at the table
