You will work in a fast-paced and busy call centre environment, managing a diverse range of customer enquiries to retain loyal customers. You will regularly problem solve across a range of call-types to achieve the right outcome for our customers and business. You will ensure the customer journey is efficient, highly engaging, supportive, compliant, and in line with company processes and procedures.

Day to Day Duties:

  • Inbound and calls in relation to insurance policies
  • Inbound calls for renewals, alterations, and cancellations
  • Case work follow up
  • Client and customer liaison
  • Email correspondence
  • Data entry
  • General administration

 

Experience needed:

  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality
  • A positive attitude and friendly/outgoing personality
  • A willingness to learn
