Job description
- Immediate start, Customer Service
- 6 month contract view permanent Melbourne Inner CBD
- $30 per hour + super
About the company
You will be working for a global organisation who are committed to providing an environment people love to work in. You will be joining a collaborative innovative team. With an immediate start, customer service officers are required to assist in their contact centre.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Answering customer queries
- Sending emails
- Capturing data
- Producing reports
- Data entry
You will have the following:
- Previous experience in a customer service call centre
- Excellent communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word & Excel
