About You:
Passionate about helping people, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service as well as being able to understand policy & products.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in providing customer service in a high volume fast paced environment
- Answering all general enquiries from employees in relation to existing policies
- Liaise with internal departments to provide professional outcome to all customer queries
- Take ownership of personal development and customer service core competencies
