Day to Day Duties:
- Data Entry; working with 10-20 documents a day updating, sending, printing, and scanning.
- Maintaining document register on Aconex.
- Printing drawings received and circulate for comment.
- Keeping track of document reviews with Microsoft Excel.
- Digitally marking up and transmitting documents using Aconex.
- Printing A3 drawings and maintaining hard copies of drawings in site folders for discipline (Architect / structural / services etc).
- Scanning and archiving reviewed documents.
- Use of MS Word and Excel to create labels for folders.
- General administration and office duties.
- General record management.
- 2+ years’ experience in a Data Entry or Document Controller position.
- Aconex experience.
- MS Word and Excel proficiency.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in system integration highly desirable.
- Attention to detail.
- Team player and confident communicator.
- Construction industry experience is highly desirable.
