Role summary

This role sits at the intersection of Payroll, People Services, and IT, owning the integrity and optimisation of the Time and Attendance system. You’ll be the subject matter expert for UKG Pro, ensuring system accuracy, legislative compliance, and a seamless user experience while driving continuous improvement across payroll-related systems and reporting.

About the role
  • Provide expert administration and day-to-day support of the UKG Pro Time & Attendance system
  • Maintain compliant system configurations aligned with legislation, enterprise agreements, and policies
  • Manage system changes, upgrades, testing, documentation, and controls
  • Deliver user support, training, SOPs, and technical guidance
  • Drive system optimisation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as the key liaison across Payroll, People Services, IT, and vendors
  • Own Time & Attendance reporting, dashboards, data integrity, and audit support
 
Skills & experience

  • Proven UKG Pro Time & Attendance administration experience (essential)
  • Strong payroll, compliance, and end-to-end process knowledge
  • Experience with system upgrades, integrations, and change management
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data management skills
  • Confident stakeholder engagement across Payroll, HR, IT, and vendors
