Job description

  • Join this large Not-For-Profit Charity based in North Melbourne
  • Part Time position, 3 days per week
  • Immediate start with a view to go permanent

This well known Not-For-Profit organisation based in North Melbourne have an opening for an Finance Officer to join their busy finance team. This role will be reporting to and working alongside the Financial Controller.  

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage Corporate Card function and review balance of cards
  • General Ledger Corporate Card account reconciliations
  • Processing new cardholder applications
  • Providing training to Managers on the use of Corporate Cards
  • Handling any queries related to Account Payable
  • Vendor statement reconciliations
  • Assisting with the entering of creditor invoices for payment

Skills & Experience

  • Understanding of CBA and MasterCard Smart Data
  • Experience in using Technology One or a similar ERP
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail 
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Confident and helpful manner/communicator 
  • Technically confident with systems and reporting and / or intermediate Excel skills
  • Tertiary Degree (Preferred)
