Job description
I’m currently partnering with a highly reputable and modern accounting firm in Richmond that is looking to bring on a motivated Graduate Accountant. As the new Graduate Accountant, you will be trained and supported across:
- Preparing tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships
- BAS, IAS, GST, FBT and payroll compliance
- Financial statements, reconciliations, journals and workpapers
- Assisting with advisory work for SME clients
- Client communication and relationship building
- Developing technical knowledge and professional skills
To be successful, you will:
- Have recently completed (or be close to completing) your Accounting/Commerce degree
- Have strong attention to detail
- Communicate confidently and professionally
- Be eager to learn and build a long-term career in public practice
- Be motivated, reliable and enthusiastic about accounting
