About the role
As part of a high-performing Business Advisory team in Brisbane, you’ll manage a diverse client base across a wide range of industries. You’ll have the chance to go beyond compliance — helping clients grow and understand their numbers while developing your own advisory skills.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing company, trust, and consolidated tax returns
- Preparing special purpose financial statements for family groups
- Working closely with clients to improve their accounting systems (Xero, MYOB, etc.)
- Providing proactive advice and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting senior accountants and partners on projects and advisory work
About you
You’re a people-focused accountant who enjoys variety and genuinely cares about helping clients succeed. You’ll bring:
- Experience in Business Services / Business Advisory within public practice
- CA/CPA qualified or studying towards it
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Hands-on experience with Xero and/or MYOB
- A curious mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Great communication skills and an easy-going attitude
