This well-established mid-tier accounting firm has a team of 120 staff and 20 Partners based out of a single Perth CBD office. With a strong national and global presence, the firm provides services across Business Services, Advisory, SMSF, Corporate Tax, and Audit.

As a Business Services Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading a client portfolio and supporting the professional development of your team. You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of diverse clients across industries, including complex groups.
- Reviewing and advising on tax compliance, structuring, and advisory matters.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing staff (from Intermediates through Seniors).
- Attending client meetings and building strong long-term relationships.
- Working closely with Partners to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
- Supporting process improvements and contributing to team development.
We’re seeking an experienced public practice accountant with strong technical and leadership capability.
You will ideally have:
- CA/CPA qualification.
- 7+ years experience in business services/tax within public practice.
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.
- Strong technical knowledge across compliance, tax, and advisory.
- Confidence in client-facing situations with strong communication skills.
