What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supervising and reviewing work for a portfolio of awesome SME clients
- Rolling up your sleeves with compliance (tax returns, financials, BAS)
- Getting stuck into advisory projects that make a real impact
- Mentoring juniors and being the go-to for guidance and support
- Building trusted relationships with clients (you’ll be more than just their “tax person”)
What We’re Looking For:
- CA/CPA qualified (or nearly there)
- Strong experience in business services / public practice
- A natural leader who enjoys mentoring others
- Someone who’s comfortable talking to clients and adding value
- Ambitious, motivated, and ready to step up
