An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager to join a vibrant and growing Business Services team. With a strong advisory focus, you’ll work closely with SMEs, private family groups, and high-net-worth individuals across diverse industries.
This is more than compliance – it’s about building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients achieve their goals. You’ll be supported to grow your technical expertise, business development skills, and leadership capability, setting you up for long-term career success.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing your own client portfolio and building strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Leading strategic discussions and delivering high-quality advisory services
  • Overseeing a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and review of work
  • Reviewing and managing complex financial statements, tax returns, and consolidations
  • Advising on tax planning and structuring (Div 7A, CGT, FBT, GST and more)
  • Managing workflow, budgets, and deadlines for client engagements
  • Supporting business development and building your professional network
  • Driving process improvements and bringing fresh ideas to the table
What we’re looking for:
  • CA/CPA qualified with proven public practice experience
  • Strong technical skills across compliance and advisory
  • A commercial mindset with a genuine interest in clients’ businesses
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Developing leadership experience with the ability to mentor juniors
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong digital skills (MS Office, Xero, cloud accounting platforms)
What’s on offer:
  • Clear career progression pathways with partner access and mentorship
  • A flexible, supportive, and people-first culture
  • Professional development support (CA/CPA, training, coaching)
  • A wide range of benefits including health & wellbeing programs, fitness and retail discounts, study support, and additional leave options
  • Opportunities to work across varied industries with interesting and complex clients

If you’re ready to step into a leadership role where advisory, client relationships, and career growth are the focus, we’d love to hear from you.
