• Manage a portfolio of complex clients, including multi-entity family groups and businesses up to $50m turnover.
• Take ownership of end-to-end compliance, including Div 7A, CGT, and trust structures.
• Attend client meetings, provide proactive advice, and build strong relationships.
• Review work prepared by Intermediates and Graduates, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Work closely with managers and partners on high-value engagements.

• CA/CPA qualified (or working towards).
• 5+ years’ experience in business services/tax within public practice.
• Strong technical expertise with exposure to complex groups.
• Confident communicator with proven client management experience.
• A collaborative, proactive approach with a genuine interest in mentoring junior staff.
