Job description
Investment Analyst
- CBD Location
- Broad exposure at a growing property business
- Working closely with Finance Director and Owners
About the Company
Growing property business that has assets Australia wide with a Head Office based in Sydney’s CBD.
About the Role
- Analysing debt term sheets and reviewing debt facility agreements
- Developing financial modelling and reporting that will be provided to banks/lenders to act as key contact between the business and the financial institutions
- Managing commercial negotiations in cooperation with external lawyers and other providers
- Reporting to investors
- Preparing documents to related agreements and valuations
Skills & Experience
- CA/CPA Qualified
- 3-5 years’ experience either within debt advisory/capital raising
- Relevant University degree
