  • 7 Hours p/d – 35 Hours p/w

NSW Government Agency is looking for an Administration Services Processing Officer who provides centralised landholder client services by maintaining database records of land holding, customer (ratepayer) records and statistical information.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage records of landowners and occupants in New South Wales using the Financial and Rural Management System (FARMS), ensuring compliance with statutory record-keeping regulations.
  • Issue rate search certificates and initiate animal health certificates for conveyancers and agents on behalf of Local Land Services (LLS), in accordance with relevant laws and established protocols.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of assigned tasks and transactions, meeting agreed-upon service standards.
  • Collaborate with task requestors to address any required clarifications or discrepancies in processing.
  • Promptly escalate processing issues, such as bottlenecks or backlogs, that affect service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate management of both physical and electronic records.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including generating timely and precise reports for management.
