About the Opportunity

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Office Coordinator to support a busy, people-focused team of around 200 employees. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact on the day-to-day employee experience.
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping the office running smoothly, from greeting visitors and coordinating facilities to supporting events and a major office move early next year. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys being at the heart of an engaged and supportive workplace.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage front-of-house and reception duties, greeting guests, handling deliveries and mail, and supporting staff onboarding/offboarding.
  • Coordinate facilities and maintenance requests, liaising with building management and contractors.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workspace through regular office checks.
  • Keep the office stocked with snacks, supplies, and refreshments.
  • Help plan and deliver in-office events such as social activities, recognition days, and seasonal celebrations.
  • Support the upcoming office relocation, updating suppliers, vendors, and internal systems while helping employees through the move.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and external vendors.

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Friendly, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • Experience in office coordination, facilities, or administration (corporate environment preferred).
  • A genuine passion for creating a positive, welcoming workplace.

Why You’ll Love It
  • Mix of part-time flexibility and full-time progression from January.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a supportive, people-centric culture.
  • Involvement in a high-profile office move project.
  • Contract with potential to go permanent.

If you’re an energetic and organised Office Coordinator who loves keeping things running smoothly and creating great workplace experiences, we’d love to hear from you, apply now!
