Job description
- Part-time Office Administrator
- Onsite | Kogarah
- Up to $70,000k package for the right candidate - Pro rata
- Flexible working arrangement once competent

As the Office Administrator you will be responsible for daily office coordination and assisting wider team
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Receive and field incoming client calls, transferring or providing answers where possible
- Assisting with mail, incoming and outgoing, recording, preparing responses and distributing
- Preparation of Finals packages for clients
- Managing lodgement list
- Maintaining and updating client details, including new client set up
- Lodging Tax Returns and FBT Returns
- Lodging of Super Fund returns
- Finalising and reviewing invoices in MYOB
- Client Disbursements
Essential
- Excellent communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and approachable telephone manner
- Advanced skills in the presentation and accuracy of written communication
- Experienced with invoicing and billings
- Provide PA support to Partner
- Proficient with MYOB AE/AO
