Job description

  • Part-time Office Administrator 
  • Onsite | Kogarah  
  • Up to $70,000k package for the right candidate - Pro rata 
  • Flexible working arrangement once competent  


New and exciting role has become available due to the increase client demand. 

As the Office Administrator you will be responsible for daily office coordination and assisting wider team 


Key Tasks and Responsibilities 

  • Receive and field incoming client calls, transferring or providing answers where possible 
  • Assisting with mail, incoming and outgoing, recording, preparing responses and distributing 
  • Preparation of Finals packages for clients 
  • Managing lodgement list 
  • Maintaining and updating client details, including new client set up 
  • Lodging Tax Returns and FBT Returns  
  • Lodging of Super Fund returns  
  • Finalising and reviewing invoices in MYOB  
  • Client Disbursements 



  • Excellent communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Professional and approachable telephone manner 
  • Advanced skills in the presentation and accuracy of written communication 
  • Experienced with invoicing and billings 
  • Provide PA support to Partner 
  • Proficient with MYOB AE/AO
