Payroll & HR Analyst | 12 month FTC | Alexandria (parking available) | Hybrid

Payroll Analyst
12 months FTC
Alexandria (parking on site, close to the train station)

My client is looking for an experienced payroll analyst to join their team to assist with a large-scale payroll and HR data audit over the next 12 months, with potential to extend.
You will joining an excellent team & you will receive guidance and support to ensure you are up and running as quickly as possible.

Experience required:

Internal Payroll Audit
Awards & EBA interpretation (Clerk award knowledge highly regarded)
Payroll processing knowledge
Collating and reviewing information between HR, workforce management and payroll
Preparation of payroll reports
Conduct regular audits on payroll procedures and records
Analyse workforce data and provide insights

This role will be working with large data sets so you will need to be comfortable and competent in using Excel.

High level attention to detail
Intermediate excel skills (pivots, vLookUps)
Full working rights required
Immediate start
