Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll across multiple sites
  • Manage employee records, leave entitlements, terminations and superannuation
  • Apply and interpret awards and enterprise agreements accurately
  • Process PAYG, payroll tax, super contributions and EOFY reporting via STP
  • Assist in the implementation of a new payroll system and process enhancements
  • Provide clear, professional support to employees and third parties with payroll queries
  • Support the Payroll Manager on projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven end-to-end payroll experience, ideally within a multi-site environment
  • Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation, tax, and super
  • Previous experience with Kronos and/or MYOB highly regarded
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and communication skills
  • A proactive team player who enjoys solving problems and improving processes
  • Experience within the healthcare sector is a plus (but not essential)
