About the Role
Our client a values-driven, not-for-profit organisation is looking for a people & culture Business Partner to join their P&C team. This role has become available due to a restructure in the team.
This is a part-time contract role, working 3 days per week until September 2025. The role is to start ASAP.
Reporting to the Head of People Partnerships, you'll work closely with a dedicated portfolio to deliver strategic and operational HR support. Your focus will include employee relations, change management, and workplace culture – all while contributing to a broader purpose-driven mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR guidance and business partnering support
- Manage complex employee relations matters
- Drive organisational change and workforce planning initiatives
- Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Support policy development, compliance, and capability building
- Lead workplace investigations
- Support with change management across the portfolios
- Ad hoc project work as required
- An experienced HR practitioner with a strong generalist background
- Experience as a HR Business Partner or similar role
- Strong understanding of ER, award interpretation & change management
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- A genuine passion for supporting purpose-driven work
