About the company
My client is an innovative medical device organisation based in South Sydney. They have developed a ground breaking medical device and the business is going through a period of rapid growth. Due to this they are recruiting for a Senior C++ Developer to join on an initial 12 month fixed term contract with the view to going permanent.
About the role
You will be responsible for working across the full software development cycle from architecture, design, development and testing of their firmware in C++. Other responsibilities will include conducting code reviews, mentoring developers and stakeholder management.
About you
In order to be successful in your application for this position you will need to have the following experience:
- 5-10 years commercial experience
- Excellent working knowledge of C++
- Embedded software experience – nice to have
- Medical device experience – nice to have
- Good communication skills
