This Financial Services Organisation are looking for a highly capable Business Analyst with strong interpersonal skills to join their Business Analysis team to work on IT Projects. In this role you will play a pivotal part in analysing business requirements and documentation of specific requirements.
You will display excellent communication skills, have a strong aptitude and a thirst to develop and progress your career as a Business Analyst and progress into a Lead Business Analyst managing a small team of BA’s within the organisation.
Responsibilities will include:
- Requirements gathering and performing gap analysis on IT Projects
- Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure external needs are met
- Process analysis and documentation
- Leading requirement workshops and document high- and low-level requirements and acceptance criteria’s
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills (stakeholders will be CIO, COO)
To be successful for this position you will need to display:
- 5+ years Business Analysis experience
- End-End Business Analysis experience on IT Projects
- Leadership qualities and the drive to step into a Lead BA role
- Strong Stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience in small / medium size organisations
