Business Analyst

This Payments Fintech Organisation are looking for a highly capable Business Analyst with strong interpersonal skills to join their growing team to support the Head of Operations to work on numerous initiatives.  In this role you will play a pivotal part in analysing requirements and translating them into technical specifications 

You will display excellent communication skills, have prior Payments experience and have ideally worked in small teams or stand alone roles. This role is based in Sydney and you will be required to work in the office on occasions as well as work from home. As this is a growing Fintech, you must be adaptable, pragmatic and have a strong aptitude to be hands on and add value from the onset. 
 
 Responsibilities will include: 

• Requirements gathering and performing gap analysis 
• Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure external needs are met
• Process analysis and documentation
• Leading requirement workshops and document high- and low-level requirements and acceptance criteria’s
• Strong senior stakeholder management skills (stakeholders will be Head of Operations, CIO, COO)

 
To be successful for this position you will need to display: 

• Payments experience 
• End-End Business Analysis experience on IT Projects
• Autonomous and happy to work as a sole Business Analyst 
• Strong Stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail
• Experience in small / medium size organisations
