Job description

- Support the Credit & Collections team as a functional BA.

A chance to be part of a National energy company’s Retail & Customer Care division, assisting them as a Functional Business Analysis as the department undergoes significant process and operational changes. Work within a squad as part of a broader team dedicated to ensuring positive customer experience is at the forefront of Credit & Collections. It’s an exciting opportunity to couple your Business Analysis skills with additional responsibilities to be an important driver of Change initiatives across the department.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Credit Collections Operational Leads and team, particularly with regards to process changes.

Responsibility for the end-to-end documentation ahead of an operational restructure that will have an impact on people and processes.

Lead and drive innovation and change across the Credit & Collections portfolio.

Develop relationships around the business and liaise with Operational & Change Management teams to drive performance outcomes.

Perform As-Is and To-Be gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Communicate and manage stakeholder expectations with regards to operational change.

Perform an impact analysis to identify risks associated with process change.

Diligent tracking of actions and dependencies, with quantified impacts (cost, schedule, scope) if not met.

Tracking of key milestones/deliverables against the project plan.
Your Key Skills Required:

You are an accomplished Business Analyst with a minimum 3-years' experience, working on customer-care focused programs.

You have experience and strong understanding of Credit & Collections – including regulatory requirements around this.

Experience working with the energy sector is a bonus, but not essential.

You have a proven track record of driving Change initiatives within a program.

You can evaluate busines processes with a focus of process improvement.

You consider yourself proactive in your workstyle, always striving for improvement and team contribution.
