A fantastic opportunity to work with a leading district Healthcare organisation who are in the midst of a major transformation to improve internal processes and enhance healthcare services. This assignment is focused on the rollout of a new Procurement and Contract Management System (CMS), having a major impact on people, process and technology internal to the business. Prior experience in procurement and/or CMS projects is a must.
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Business Analyst will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of several key project initiatives.
Key Skills / Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth delivery of the project to budget and within pre-determined timescales.

Tracking of key milestones/deliverables against the project plan.

Providing accurate reporting on Project/workstream statuses through.

Work with internal Subject Matter Experts to elicit requirements and map processes.

Work with the vendor to optimise and customise the software as effectively as possible.

Tracking of risk & issues – ensuring accurate statuses are captured, and the plan to mitigate/resolve is articulate. This includes issue identification and reporting bugs.

Report on progress of assigned tasks.

Be a Change Agent to drive acceptance of projects across the organisation.
To be successful for this position you will need to display:
-
Prior experience in Procurement Systems and/or Contract Management Systems projects is a must (any experience with Open Windows software in particular will be highly advantageous).

Understanding of procurement and contract process flows is essential.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the planning, identification, documentation, review and analysis of business processes and business requirements.

Fantastic interpersonal skills to be able to leverage relationships with stakeholders and effectively analyse existing business processes in order to map future workflows.

Vendor management experience to communicate specifications and requirements, driving business outcomes.

Prior exposure to projects within the healthcare system as a functional BA will be advantageous.

Strong communicator, both oral and written, to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business.

Relevant Business Analyst qualifications and certifications will be advantageous.
