About the role 

This globally recognised company has recently gone through a large Transformation of work.  With several large programs in place including the implementation of Salesforce, the need for an experienced Salesforce BA has arisen to join their team.  Working in a highly collaborative and supportive environment the Salesforce BA will play an instrumental part across functional and configuration requirements as well as maintaining strong stakeholder engagement with both Business and Technical teams.  You will enjoy working in a fast-paced role which will see further progression and development opportunities.

Responsibilities will include:

• High level and detailed business requirements
• Data analysis that results in hypothesis and results
• Build out test scenarios and hands on testing experience
• Risk and issue identification and management
• Facilitate workshops to define and document user stories, use cases and process flows
• Have a passion and knowledge to achieve high quality data and reporting
• Troubleshoot and triage technical issues
• Contribute to the development of training plans and materials
• Expand your Salesforce knowledge to configuration administrative duties
• Work with Salesforce Developers to deliver business solutions

To be successful for this position you will need to display:

• Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with a focus across Salesforce CRM implementations
• Demonstrated ability to produce highly detailed, comprehensive documentation artefacts (as-is, to-be)
• Customer focused with excellent communication skills, strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, and ability to handle multiple task assignments and work independently
• Firm knowledge of Digital Marketing technologies and driving customer interaction through the Salesforce Platform
• Scrum and Agile experience
• Salesforce Certifications experience highly desired
