This role requires an experienced Business Applications Manager who has strong experience in Digital, Relationship Management, Strategy, Leadership, Financial Management,Vendor Management, Workforce Planning and Change Management. 

Reporting into the Head of ICT you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and leading the digital vision
    • Identifying and assessing digital opportunities and threats
    • Developing business strategy and leading the development 
    • Report on digital business KPIs & metrics
    • Managing a small team of 4 
  • Engage with and build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Create, identify and respond to opportunities for providing products and services to the business
  • Participate in the development of ICT budgets
  • Manage the development and implementation of ICT initiatives to support the overall strategy
  • Provide clarity on objectives, scope & organisational change management
  • Provide advice to the vendor relationship decision making & contract development processes
  • Workforce Planning: Ensure staff has the resources and skills needed to support work initiatives 

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • 4-5 years experience in either the end to end process of digital solutions or managing implementations of digital projects
  • Extensive experience in Web projects - web analytics; visitor behavior  
  • 2 years minimum managing teams directly; very strong relationship management skills
  • Senior level experience managing projects and coordinating budgets 
  • Experience collaborating with the business to meet ICT needs


This is an opportunity for a dynamic leader who is excited by the chance to redefine the Digital Strategy & its capabilities whilst building out and mentoring the team. This will be an initial 12 month contract with the opportunity to go permanent after, the role has additional travel benefits, and offering a $120-130k package.
