  • 12 Month Contract

This Financial Services Organisation are looking for a Business Focused Business Analyst with strong interpersonal skills to work on a new Project.  In this role you will play a pivotal part in process analysis and documentation, analysing business requirements You will display excellent communication skills, experience dealing with a variety of business stakeholders including an understanding of the finance function and working in an AGILE framework.
 
 Responsibilities will include: 

  • Requirements gathering and analysis
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure external needs are met
  • Process analysis and documentation
  • Analyse business requirements
  • Mapping processes and workflows
  • Conducting requirement workshops and document high and low level requirements and acceptance criteria’s
  • Manage competing stakeholder requirements
  • Working with internal teams, consultants, external vendors to facilitate, or assist in the delivery of projects
  • Contribute to plans, estimates, and deliver Business Analysts Practice outputs including as-is analysis
  • AGILE stories and working in an Agile delivery framework

To be successful for this position you will need to display: 

  • 5+ years Business Analysis experience within financial services
  • Strong Stakeholder engagement background
  • AGILE experience 
  • RPA knowledge or experience would be advantageous
  • ERP experience - ORACLE / SAP
