Business Services Manager
- Up to $120k inc Super

About the Company
A fast growing and highly modern accounting firm based in Cronulla with a team of 20, this firm offer a range of services to the local area, which include; Business Advisory, Wealth Advice, SMSF’s, Audit & Assurance, Business Valuations and specialist Tax & Accounting advice.
They are at the forefront of accounting technology and play an active role in giving back to the local and Sutherlandshire community
This role is suitable for someone who has short to mid-term ambitions on moving into a Director position as you will be taking over part of a partner’s book of fee’s.
About the Role
- Manage a team of 3 and build this out further
- Own a portfolio of clients in excess of $700k in value
- Train, mentor and develop junior and intermediate accountants
- Provide sound Tax compliance, planning and financial advice to your clients
- Manage workflow, budgets, and deadline management across the year
Skills & Experience
- CA or CPA Qualified
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experienced user of Xero is desired
- 7+ years’ experience within the accounting profession
- Proven experience in managing and developing people
- Value culture and a high standard of service
