Job description
This recognisable CBD-based Not-for-Profit organisation is continuously evolving and striving to be a leader in its field in the way they harvest the power of technology. As such, as they become more data-driven, IT applications have become a core aspect of their digital transformation programme. We are searching for a Business / Test Analyst for a role focused on the success of various IT initiatives.
Key Skills / Responsibilities:

Simultaneously work across multiple projects concurrently.

Collaborate with Project Managers and SME's to ensure testing requirements are documented and validated.

Think outside the box in facilitating Project Managers and SME’s.

Build test cases, define test scenarios, design reports.

Develop and continually improve functional test automation frameworks.

Ensure all Business Analysis and Testing deliverables are appropriately approved and socialised.

Conduct requirements elicitation and process definition workshops

Define business requirements and compilation of User Stories

Resolution and escalation of project issues, risks and decisions
Requirements:
-
5+ years’ Business Analyst experience in the business analysis life cycle.

Demonstrated experience in software testing, including creation and implementation of Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Scripts and Test Cases.

Hands-on experience leading, managing and participating in testing for projects.

Project Management / Business Analysis Qualifications are an advantage (e.g. BaBOK).

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience process mapping and business and functional requirements documentation

Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall Project Management and Software Development Methodologies.

The ability to translate abstract information into high quality business requirements

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and workshop/training facilitation skills.

Experience with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office.
