About the role 
Are you an experienced Contracts Administrator having worked with end to end tenders? Do you have experience with procurement documents including Request for Tenders (RFT) and Request for Quotes (RFQ)? This health organisation are seeking someone who has general competency at running a tender end to end. The main objective of the role will be reviewing and implementing the procurement policies and systems in order to support strategic goals.
 
The key responsibilities are:

  • Reviewing existing contracts and providing feedback
  • Preparing documentation for new contracts
  • Providing advice on the development and management of contracts within the procurement process
  • Acting as the internal knowledge source in order to support staff with tendering process using Tenderlink system
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships to ensure compliance

To be successful in this role you must possess the following:

  • Proven experience in end to end procurement
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail
  • High levels of drive and motivation
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders
