Job description

My client, a global leader in its field within the Construction Industry is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator for a temporary role until the end of the year. There is potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate. 

The ideal candidate will come from a legal background or have supported with contracts administration within the Construction Industry

Duties within the role will include: 

  • Reviewing and update contractual documentation in line with company policies and legislation
  • Oversee contractual negotiations with existing clients
  • Assist with tender documentation
  • Document preparation 
  • Project coordination 
  • Liaise with the Sales Team and Legal teams in relation to contractual amendments and updates
  • Assist in the assessments of other documentation including insurances, health, and safety policies
  • Provide support to Project Managers in any contract disputes, variations, and assessments

Experience needed: 

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the construction industry
  • Extensive Contract Administration/Management experience 
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
