About the role
Our leading financial institution client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a friendly personality to assist them in their Customer Relations team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anybody who comes from a customer service background to grow and develop in this new role. Working in a large team you will be well supported and well trained in all technical aspects so you’re able to take on the role and duties confidently.
In this role you will be taking inbound calls to assist customers with queries regarding their loans and insurance. This is a full time position paying $28+Super p.h working between the hours of 8am – 8pm.
I am currently looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills to take on a 12 month temporary position based in Macquarie park (Parking on-site).
You would need to be immediately available with a minimum of 6 months’ relevant experience within an office environment. You would need to have excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and friendly personality.
Unfortunately candidate on a Working Holiday Visa will not be considered due to the length of the assignment.
