Job description
With an immediate start, take on board a 6 month contract for a highly reputable firm within their Call Centre taking in bound calls.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be providing superior customer service, raising and allocating job requests, processing invoices and updating their CRM System.
To be considered you must have worked in a Customer Service environment, preferably within a Call Centre and able to commence work immediately. Strong communication skills is essential along with a flexible and willing attitude.
