Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an inclusive Healthcare organisation in Melbourne. They are an essential service and a pivotal not for profit organisation in Victoria, caring for the community and their welfare. They are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior member who is dynamic, proactive and can manage a busy board. 

Key responsibilities:   

  • Required to work closely with the CEO and complete requests with minimal directive 
  • Manage the calendars and appointments, including the preparation of schedules and sending of all documentation and pre-reading material in a timely manner
  • Manage board papers
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate meetings and other events
  • Attend meetings  summarising and preparing detailed and accurate minutes
  • Respond as first point of contact to a broad range of incoming enquiries that require an excellent working knowledge of the organisation and the  priorities and commitments of the individual
  • Researching and booking travel arrangements

To be successful in this role, you will have;

  • Previous experience as a proactive EA to senior managers
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a the Board
  • Experience working in    
  • Must be proficient in Outlook/ Diary/ Calendar Management
  • Must have strong initiative and organisational skills 
  • High level attention to details with administrative tasks 
  • Exceptional communicator (written and verbal)

***Must have a currently/valid Police Check and Working With Children Check, or willing to obtain them**
