- Full diary management
- Formatting proposals and documents
- PowerPoint presentations
- Coordinating varies complex meeting preparation
- Stakeholder engagement
- Previous Executive Assistant experience ideally within a professional, financial, or consulting sector
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Team player
- Strong MS office skills
