About the Company

Working for one of Australia's leading professional services/consulting firms where their culture is to nurture strong collaborative partnerships across growth-focused businesses, not for profit organisations to leading multinational organisations.  Located across over 100 countries with over 1000 employees within Australia.  With an immediate start take on a 2 month contract with the view to longer term opportunities.  As an experienced Personal Assistant working for 3 busy Directors within Melbourne CBD.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Full diary management
  • Formatting proposals and documents 
  • PowerPoint presentations 
  • Coordinating varies complex meeting preparation
  • Stakeholder engagement  

About you: 

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience ideally within a professional, financial, or consulting sector
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written   
  • Team player   
  • Strong MS office skills
